Suggested Use
On Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12 onces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. For optimal results, consume Scivation Xtend™ during training.
On Non-Training Days: Mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12 onces of cold water and consume prior to your first meal of the day. To assess tolerance, begin with one scoop and increase dosage until tolerance level is established up to 2 scoops.
