MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane) by SciFit is a naturally occurring organic sulfur which is one of the largest components in the human body. MSM is classified as a dietary supplement and is essentially odorless and tasteless.
MSM, a natural sulfur, is found in large concentrations in the amino acids methionine, cystine, and cysteine. MSM appears to coat all of the mucus membranes of the body, creating a protective shield. If MSM intake is inadequate, the amino acid production is not sufficient for the proper maintenance and repair of your cells which can lead to a degenerative state and impaired function.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily in juice or another beverage. If any intestinal distress occurs reduce the dosage. Note: SciFit's MSM Powder does not contain Vitamin C.
