Proprietary Blend:
Chebulic Myrobalan fruit, Amla fruit, and Belleric myrobalan fruit. Other ingredients: stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, modified cellulose gum, and colloidal silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use
Stir one level teaspoon of powdered Triphala into a cup (8 oz) of hot water. Wait until powder settles and then drink the liquid. The same powder can be used a second time. Drink two times daily, and then discard the sediment. For best results, use between meals, or as recommended by your health care professional.
Cautions
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Excessive use of teas can cause discoloring of teeth due to tannins. Rinse mouth with fresh water after drinking teas.
