Instructions
As a dietary supplement: If you weigh up to 125lbs, take two (2) capsules daily; one in the morning and one in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to workout. If you weigh up to 225lbs, take four (4) capsules daily, two in the morning and two in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to workout. If you weigh above 225lbs, take six (6) capsules daily; three in the morning and three in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to work out.
