Shipping Policies
    UPS Shipping Options (actual rate) - All     UPS shipping options are charged based on actual rates. If you want to find     out what your shipping costs are please choose the items you are interested     in, put them in your shopping cart, and proceed to the payment page. On the     payment page, you can calculate all shipping options. If you orders ships     via UPS, we will email you your tracking number within 12 hours after your order ships.

Priority Mail and First Class Mail (actual rate) - VigorousLiving.com ships via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail to all locations in the US, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Military addresses. These shipping cost are actual rates provided by the US Postal Service. You can calculate your rate at checkout.


International Shipping
International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the country of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

If you have chosen International Shipping as your shipping method and your package is undelivered, please understand that we are only able to refund or reship in circumstances where the package was returned to us in. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have no control over the customs' policies in various countries. If, for any reason, the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."

Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. The description of the package contents on the Customs form will read "Dietary supplements - for personal use only." We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect and remove any banned items and move the rest forward. This is why it is important for you to know your country's own rules and regulations prior to placing your order.

Please understand that International Shipping may take up to a month to deliver to your country due to custom delays.

 

Shipping Transit Times
Average delivery times for UPS are 2-5 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday. When you place your order Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST your order typically ships the same day. If you order after 1:00 PM EST, it will ship the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Domestic orders that are shipped via US Priority Mail are delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment; US Priority Mail to AK, HI, Military addresses and US Territories typically take 3-9 business days after shipment.

Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has been delivered.

Delivery times for international orders vary based on the shipping method chosen and the country you live in.

 

Payment Information
If you are paying with a debit card or credit card we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Otherwise, we will accept Google Checkout

Sales Tax
For any orders shipped within Massachusetts, all non-food items will be subject to a 6.25% sales tax in accordance with state law.


 

Secure Ordering at VigorousLiving.com
All online transactions at VigorousLiving.com are handled with a Geotrust 128-bit SSL encryption certificate. When you enter your personal information and credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. Order Acceptance and FulFillment
Most orders will be shipped within 0-48 hours after the order is placed. Please scroll up to Shipping Policies to view the transit times for the shipping methods available. Scroll up for the transit times.

After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and also will be emailed to you. You can also use this confirmation email to track your package after your order is shipped. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records. You will also recieve the tracking number in your email when your order ships.

If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. VigorousLiving.com uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within two weeks the order will be cancelled. Credit card fraud is at an all time high and we must protect the interests of the cardholder.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.

Return Policies
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items and contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.

VigorousLiving.com cannot not accept any items back if they have been opened. If a product is returned to us and is opened credit cannot be issued. This includes boxes with "nutrition bars" or "packets" in them.

Please call us 1-800-480-9850 during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns.  Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

VigorousLiving.com cannot accept product back if it has been more than 30 days since the customer received their order.

Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Protein/Nutrition Bar & Probiotics Policies:

During the warm Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are always kept at appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. Any changes in consistency occur as the result of delivery vehicles which we have no control over. In ordering bars during the warm months the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place. 

Our Probiotics arrive in cold packs from the manufacturers and are refrigerated in our warehouses upon receipt.

Probiotics are stable at room temperature for short periods of time. However during warm months (May through October) we recommend you purchase Thermal Packing with your order to ensure the product is not exposed to high temperatures during shipping.

We strongly advise that you place your orders so that they do not remain in the shipping system over a weekend and you choose a transit time of no longer than 2 days... Place your order on Saturday through Wednesday and choose Next Day or 2 Day service. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We do not accept returns of probiotics.

We recommend you refrigerate probiotics upon receipt.

VigorousLiving.com guarantees that your product will be four months or more within the products expiration date. If short dated product is received please contact us and a replacement will be sent out.

At VigorousLiving.com we try to provide as much information about products as we possible can. Although we make every effort manufacturers can slightly change their products' supplement facts without our knowing. Changes are made to the website as soon as new product information becomes available. While we pride ourselves for our nutritional content we cannot be held responsible for manufacturer changes to their products.
