Guarana (paulinia cupana) is a world-famous plant found primarily in the Amazon Jungle. It is nearly identical to caffeine, whose effects (and hence those of guaranine) are well known; they include stimulating the central nervous system, increasing metabolic rate, and having a mild diuretic effect. Guarana is commonly referred to as Brazilian Cocoa.
Ingredients
Guarana 4:1 (Paulinia cupana) dried powdered extract (seed) 200mg. Also contains rice powder, magnesium stearate, and gelatin.
Suggested Use
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with water before breakfast or lunch.
Cautions
Not for those who are pregnant, lactating, diabetic or have high blood pressure. Keep out of the reach of children. Discontinue use if dizzy or experiencing rapid heartbeat.
