Suggested Use
Add contents of one packet (73 g) to 2 cups (12 oz) of cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. For best results add the liquid to a blender, agitate, then slowly add Muscle Meals. Use less than 12 ounces of water for more thickness and more than 12 ounces for less thickness.
Cautions
During intense training, drink 2 to 4 servings daily. The most effective time to use Muscle-Link Muscle Meals is immediately after your workout.
