Suggested Use
Always read the entire label before use and follow the labeled directions carefully. As such, the label calls for taking 1 serving (6 caplets) first thing in the morning. On workout days, take 1 serving immediately before your workout. For extreme results, take LEUKIC twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Consume 10 eight-ounce glasses of water daily for general good health.
