Affordable Whey from IDS is an amino acid rich source ultra low temperature cross micro filtered whey protein. This blend of whey concentrates is predigested for quick assimilation by the body while retaining its nutrient rich cross section of essential and non essential amino acids, BCAA's, along with vitamins minerals. Affordable Whey is also instantized to mix easily in a shaker bottle or stirred with a spoon.

proprietary blend of Whey concentrates. (including di, tri, poly and oligo peptides all containing
microfractions), Fructose, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Salt, Acesulfame Potassium.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops with 8-10 ounces of water. Stir and/or shake until dispersed and immediately drink. Drink one serving upon waking and after workouts. To achieve optimal muscle growth with resistance training, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
