Suggested Use
Mix 2 scoops (approximately 10 grams) with 8 ounces of water or juice. Use 10 grams daily for the first 7 days Increase dosage to 20 grams (take in divided dosages) for days 8 through 42. Off phase 2 weeks then repeat. Dosages above 20 grams may cause intestinal distress. If this occurs lower daily dosage.
