Suggested Use
Mix 1 and 1/2 teaspoons with 8 to 10 ounces of water. Stir until dispersed and drink within 3 minutes. Research indicates that a minimum of 30 grams of dietary fiber per day insures proper bowel habits. Fiber-Psyll can be taken up to 3 times daily.
