Suggested Use
Men under 225 lbs.
take 2 teaspoons 1 hour before workout, take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or
after other dose depending on workout time.
Off days take 1 teaspoon in the morning.
Men over 226 lbs.
Take 3 teaspoons 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before
or after first dosage depending on workout time.
Off days take 1 teaspoon in the morning.
Women
1-2 teaspoons 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or
after first dosage depending on workout time.
