Gum arabic. Creatine AMP (betaine anhydrous, glycocyamine), natural and artificial flavors, lecithin.
Suggested Use
Mix 2 scoops of Mega Milk with 10-12 ounces of cold water. For an even richer shake mix with low-fat milk. Mega Milk is ideal to take any time of the day.
