Instructions

As a dietary supplement, mix two scoops with 12 to 16 ounces of cold water. Consume one to three servings daily. Or, consume one half serving (one scoop) in 6 to 8 ounces of cold water every few hours throughout the day to more effectively help to prevent catabolism.
