Suggested Use
1. Workouts and athletic competition- as explained in the Athletics Performance
Pyramid, take 1 to 4.5 servings, as needed, for carbohydrate loading before
activity and for carbohydrate replenishment after activity. Servings can be
mixed in workout drinks, water, juice, or other beverage. For best results,
stack with other Avant Research products as explained in the Performance
Pyramids. Do not exceed 50 grams in one serving or 200 grams in one day.
2. Mass Building- as explained in the Mass Performance Pyramid, take 2 to 4
servings, 3 to 4 times per day with meals for a much healthier alternative to
other carbohydrate sources for helping pack on extra muscle. Do not exceed 50

3. Fat loss and dieting- as explained in the Fat Loss Performance Pyramid,
use several servings per day to replace current sources of high glycemic
