Instructions

As a dietary supplement, take one scoop (5 grams) mixed in 8 oz. of water or juice. Loading: Day 1-5, take one scoop 4-5 times daily. Maintenance: Day 6+, take one scoop 1-2 times daily. For best results, take one rounded scoop 30 minutes prior to training, and one immediately following.
